This is the MySql code you have to run with phpMyadmin to add the missing date field. I you database prefix is not jos you have to change it.

Code:

ALTER TABLE `jos_gps_comments` ADD `date` timestamp NOT NULL DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP ON UPDATE CURRENT_TIMESTAMP;
