It would be nice when you can set rights for each track. So you can decide who can see that track.
someting like:
User only
All registered users
Everyone (public)

Hmm, these function maybe make only sense if you add a track from backend. Or do you wanna give the right to your users to set the access level when they add a track in frontend? I can add this in backend and if a track is added from frontend the access level is allways public access.
Would be interressting what others think about that.

I personally think that it would be the best if the user can change the rights. So the user could change the rights in the frontend. Otherwise he (or she) has to ask me (the webmaster) to change the rights if this could only be done in the backend.

Ok so we need the choice in the configuration if access level is to set in frontend or not, like use terms or not. Think thats the best way.
