Hi Michael,

It would be nice to be able to show the trail date of when you did it (Which should be in the gps data), instead of having the uploaded date.

Would it be possible for joomGPStracks to pickup the location up off an uploaded file, like in the attached picture from everytail.com and then add these values into the database and allow for sorting and searching this data.

With everytrail the file is uploaded first, then the data extracted and then the uploader adds all the relevant info, its a nice workflow.

Yep thats nice done. But at the moment i don`t wanna at to much Ajax, cause nobody knows whats realy coming up with J1.6. think it`s better to save that work till J1.6 is released.

For the location data i have to look at the foogle maps api how it is possible to get location data from geo data. This is on the chocolate list.
