joomGPStracks

Next week it is time for a new release of joomGPStracks and i want to say something about it. I`ve changed some things and so you have to add all tracks just added again. But who cares, it`s in Alpha state and i don`t hope anybody use this extension on a production site!
I changed few things on the parsing process of KML files and it feels like the performence is a bit better now, maybe up to 15% faster if the file has a lot of waypoints. I hope we get less timeouts now.

more Features of 0.3 Alpha

• you can change the size of the elevation profile images
• elevation asc and desc are shown
• Ajax uploader for images for each track - up to 10 pics
• the pics for the tracks are shown as a fading gallery with SmoothGallery
• community support -  you can link to users profile, supports CB, Kunena and Jomsocial
• choose between standard, satelite or hybrid map view
• and maybe in this release also - support for Garmin files

The commenting system have to wait for v0.4!
