joomGPStracks

Ok here we are, the first Beta release of joomGPStracks - Version 0.4. All the main features are included now, everything next is just cosmetic or adding some chocolate to it.
The main new feature is the commenting system with captcha security. But if you don't want to use the comments, just switch it of. Other new features are subcategories and the template system. You can now add your own CSS templates.
I have fixed some more problems with the kml files and changed the charts to DojoCharts, because the Google Charts Api has problems we the many datas we use on the gps files. Anything else you can find at the changelog and if you want to upgrade from v0.3.1, pleas read the documentation.
And the game starts again, if you find any bugs, use the forum.
